Anu Scaria
A PG in Management with close to 19 years of experience in the Meat Processing and Agri Value Chain domains with hands-on experience in setting up large Projects, extensive Retail Networks and last-mile distribution platforms for the Food Service Industry. He previously worked in a similar industry, where he was involved in planning and setting up the facility and is currently managing project execution at CIFTL, along with developing the Supply Chain and Distribution.
Shaun Benoy
A young and dynamic Graduate in Finance, who was the first employee of CIFTL. He was responsible for launching the First Retail Outlet for CIFTL, "Pablos Meats", and is looking to expand the Chain. He also operated a Pilot Project, "Pablo Fried Chicken" (along with the support of the whole team) and got a business of Rs 4 Lakhs in 5 days during Christmas 2024. He is currently working on B2C Technologies and getting ready for the Direct Consumer rollout for Pablos Meats.
